Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Control access by checking bags, scanning tickets, and directing venue traffic.
• Screen guests at entry via bag searches, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and assets by monitoring for security breaches at checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Understand policies/regulations of different venues and events.
• Provide a positive guest experience at entrances, aisles, or concourses.
• Offer directions and suggestions to enhance guests' entertainment experience.
