Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry to venues, scan tickets, verify wristbands/badges, direct traffic.
• Know venue policies and safety procedures.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them as they exit.
• Provide directions and information to enhance guests' experience.
• Maintain a friendly, clear communication style with guests.
