Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services seeks part-time event staff to help with ticketing, ushering, and guest services at stadiums, venues, and events in the Minneapolis area. The role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay, with no prior experience required.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check and post-offer drug screening. The job emphasizes customer service, safety, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs venue entry, scans tickets, verifies wristbands and badges, and guides guests.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies and procedures of venues.
• Greets guests warmly and thanks them at exit, helping with directions as needed.
• Maintains a friendly tone and clear, natural speaking voice during interactions.
