Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background checks and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Check bags and enforce access control.
• Verify tickets and wristbands and direct venue traffic.
• Screen guests at entry using wand/metal detector and ID verification.
• Provide safe and positive guest experiences at entrances and concourses.
• Respond to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Follow policies and regulations of various venues and events.
