Job summary

Thrasher Group is seeking an Event Sales Representative for Home Shows on a part-time basis. You will work our booth, engage homeowners, and book appointments for the sales team, earning an hourly base plus uncapped commissions on leads and bookings.

The role includes mileage reimbursement, meal per diem, paid training, and potential growth into larger sales roles. Expect about two shows per month, typically Thursday–Sunday, with 18 hours per show and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage homeowners at events and qualify needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Thrasher at Home Shows and manage the booth.
• Qualify homeowners and book appointments for the sales team.
• Capture leads and schedule in-home visits on-site.
