Job summary

Window Nation is recruiting for part-time Event Sales Representatives to engage attendees at home shows and local events. You will start conversations, qualify homeowners, and schedule in‑home appointments, all while working toward lead goals in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers paid training, uncapped commissions up to $50 per lead, and mileage reimbursement. Evening and weekend shifts, with 10–30 hours per week, provide growth toward full‑time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6–8 hours.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
