Job summary

Thrasher Foundation Repair is seeking an Event Sales Representative for home shows on a part-time basis. You will man the booth, engage homeowners, and book appointments for our sales team across the region.

The role offers a base of $18/hour with uncapped commissions and a $25,000 OTE on a part-time schedule. Mileage reimbursement, show-day per diem, and paid training are included, with growth opportunities into larger sales roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable working at events and in a fast-paced booth environment.
• Able to meet daily lead and appointment goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors at home shows and book appointments for the sales team.
• Qualify homeowners' project needs, timeline, and decision-makers.
• Capture lead information on an iPad and schedule in-home appointments.
• Meet daily lead and appointment targets and track progress.
• Explain services and handle common questions or objections.
• Assist with booth setup and teardown.
