Thrasher Group is seeking an Event Sales Representative to work at home shows across the region on a part-time basis. You will staff the booth, engage homeowners, qualify needs, and book appointments for the sales team.

This role offers an hourly base pay plus commissions with strong earning potential in a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates are confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working weekends.

Qualificações

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage strangers and book appointments.
• Comfort with using an iPad or mobile device for lead capture.

Responsabilidades

• Stop traffic and start conversations at the booth.
• Qualify homeowners by uncovering project needs and decision makers.
• Capture lead information on an iPad and book in-home appointments on the spot.
• Chase daily lead and appointment goals.
• Educate homeowners on Thrasher Group services and handle common questions.
• Share show-floor feedback with sales/marketing teams.
• Set up and tear down the booth display.
