Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is hiring Part-Time Event Management Interns to assist with all aspects of event management for home athletic events. You will support setup/teardown, equipment handling, and staff coordination during games.
Responsibilities include greeting teams and officials, signing in staff, coordinating security, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for all participants. Office prep work may be required occasionally.
The Pennsylvania University Intercollegiate Athletics department is hiring Part-Time Event Management Interns to assist with all aspects of event management for all regular season intercollegiate home athletic events.
Some prep/wrap up work in the office may be required.
Special projects will include assisting with all aspects of possible Special Events and Big Ten/EIVA/AHA/NCAA Championships and Tournaments.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
