Job summary

Renken Remodeling is seeking an outgoing Event Lead Generator to represent the company at home shows, community events, retail locations, and other promotional events. You will introduce homeowners to our bathroom remodeling services, collect qualified leads, and schedule free in-home bathroom consultation appointments.

This is a part-time, seasonal position with hours that may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people.
• Friendly, confident, professional communication.
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to make a great first impression.
• Familiar with smartphones, tablets, lead forms, and scheduling apps.
• Able to stand and stay active during events.
• Able to lift and set up light event materials.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends/evenings.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renken Remodeling at home shows, events, and promotions.
• Greet attendees and discuss bathroom remodeling needs.
• Explain value of a free in-home consultation.
• Collect contact information and schedule qualified appointments.
• Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain organized event displays and assist with setup/tear-down.
• Communicate event results to the team promptly.
• Follow procedures for lead qualification and privacy.
