Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of related kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stage plates and setup breakdown area before and after events.
• Assist FOH prior to events as needed.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges and refrigerators.
• Maintain clean, dry floors and walls; sweep and mop.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage to designated containers.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Keep china, glass, and silver in place; stocking banquet areas.
• Assist in plating for events.
• Maintain sanitary and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
