Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dishwashing assistant to clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils. You will wash dishes by hand or using dishwashers and maintain clean and orderly kitchen areas in a fast-paced venue environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning all china, glassware, and silverware, storing equipment properly, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across kitchen operations. Flexible hours are required for venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
