Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout and after events.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies in designated areas.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned.
