Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in casual and/or fine dining is helpful.
• Ability to communicate with staff in a clear, professional, and respectful manner.
• Must have a valid food handling certificate and, if required, an alcohol service permit.

Responsibilities

• Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items to be reused.
• Follows MSDS criteria and food safety policies.
• Removes trash and maintains clean loading/receiving areas.
• Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
