Job summary

Capital One Hall is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time IT Associate to support the venue's day-to-day technology operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in IT who enjoys working in a fast-paced event environment and providing hands-on technical support.

Responsibilities include first-level technical support, troubleshooting devices, assisting with event tech setups, and maintaining IT equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT education/experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows, networking, Wi-Fi, printers, and common business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and knowing when to elevate an issue.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy event environment and prioritize multiple requests.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment and work in various areas of the venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to venue staff, event teams, and clients.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of technology used during events.
• Support digital signage, lobby displays, LED banners, and other venue technology.
• Assist with maintaining IT equipment, inventory, cables, peripherals, and other technology assets.
• Perform basic user account, workstation, and software support.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and elevate complex issues to the IT Manager.
