Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, one of the world’s premier entertainment platforms, is seeking an Event Host for an on‑site role at our Milford, CT location. You will engage guests, coordinate event details, and help ensure a memorable experience across evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include pre-event info gathering, liaising with staff, upselling extensions, and maintaining guest satisfaction with a personal touch. Part-time hours and evening/night shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• 1 to 2 years of event planning experience.
• Commitment to great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event packages.
• Coordinate setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage service of food & beverages.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explain safety.
