Lucky Strike Entertainment in Norwalk, CT is seeking an energetic Event Host for part-time evening and night shifts. You will coordinate event details, liaise with staff, and upsell extensions to enhance guest experiences while ensuring top-tier service throughout each event.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions.
