Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
• Suggestively sell extensions to pre-ordered packages
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage service of all food & beverage
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions
