Fooda is seeking a Part Time Event Coordinator in De Soto, KS to support on-site events for our network of local restaurants. The role focuses on hands-on setup, guest service during lunch hours, and learning Fooda technology and SOPs.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or events experience and are comfortable in a fast-paced startup. The position offers 20 hours per week with a flexible, part-time schedule and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and multitasking.
• Friendly, energetic, and tech-savvy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite with setup, teardown, and inventory control.
• Learn Fooda's technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders or late deliveries.
• Troubleshoot POS systems and onsite displays.
• Support on-site promotions and app coaching.
• Provide real-time customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager as needed.
• Lunchtime peak hours: 10 am–2 pm; 20 hours weekly.
