Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Back-of-House Conversions staff member to support the Operations Department during events, handling setup, conversions, and post-event resets. You will assist with moving and storing equipment, operate carts and pallet jacks, and follow SOPs to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork, effective communication, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in event operations, warehouse operations, facilities, hospitality, construction, or a similar field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event conversions, including setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Move and position tables, chairs, barricades, stanchions, platforms, risers, equipment, and other event-related materials.
• Assist with court, floor, seating, staging, and other event setups as assigned.
• Load, unload, transport, and properly store equipment and materials.
• Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other approved equipment after receiving proper training.
• Assist with the setup and removal of event equipment in accordance with established SOPs.
• Maintain organized and safe storage areas, loading docks, back-of-house areas, and workspaces.
• Follow all facility safety policies, OSHA requirements, and department procedures.
• Attend required safety meetings, training sessions, and operational briefings.
• Communicate effectively with Operations Managers, Event Managers, full-time staff, part-time staff, vendors, and other departments.
