The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL is seeking attentive Banquet Servers to provide exceptional service at events. You will help guests enjoy meals, maintain buffet stations, and ensure client instructions are followed with precision.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic math, cash handling, and a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends. This is a part-time position offering the opportunity to join a renowned events team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Understanding of basic math required.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Open availability with days, nights and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests courteously and efficiently.
• Clear tables and break down banquet setups after the event.
• Ensure client requests are met, including specific decoration and setup instructions.
• Set up buffets and silverware/glassware per event specifications.
• Maintain buffet stations during the event and replenish as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies throughout all stages of the event.
• Prepare banquet rooms with votive candles, centerpieces, runners, menus and programs as requested.
