Job summary

The World Equestrian Center - Ocala is seeking a Part Time Bartender for Polo Pony in Ocala, FL. You will greet guests, upsell drinks, and prepare beverages per SOPs while maintaining responsible alcohol service and accurate cash handling.

You’ll also provide food service and support daily operations in a lively hospitality setting. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, prior restaurant or bar experience, and a willingness to work nights and weekends in a guest-centric

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work nights and weekends, including peak times.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant.
• Serving experience is a plus; TIPs certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests pleasantly as they approach the bar.
• Promotes house drinks and upsells to maximize revenues.
• Prepares beverages per SOPs with accurate portions.
• Monitors guest alcohol service and refills while ensuring safety.
• Checks IDs when alcohol is requested.
• Performs opening/closing duties and handles cash/credit transactions.
• Provides food service to guests and supports other duties as assigned.
