Job summary

The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role pays $15.00–$25.00 hourly and requires a minimum of 6 shifts per month, in addition to football game events.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining presentation, following safety standards, and supporting event prep and close-out. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of serving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of serving experience.
• Experience in hospitality, high-volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to defined standards.
• Safely carry trays and move hot boxes, carts, speed racks and other equipment.
• Ensure food quality and presentation before delivery per procedures.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Assist with event preparation and close-out protocols.
• Create a warm, hospitable environment for guests and coworkers.
• Commit to a minimum of 6 shifts per month, plus football games.
• Handle special projects as required by the business.
