Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to support the NYC Promotions & Marketing team. The role involves engaging listeners at events, promoting iHeartRadio apps, branding, and sponsor activations across venues, parks, and retail locations.

You will assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations, including sound systems and equipment. The ideal candidate is a current student or recent graduate with interest in events, promotions, advertising, and live audio

Qualifications

• Strong interest in events, marketing, promotions, advertising, and live audio production.
• Ability to host large crowds (100+ people) with confidence.
• Good organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Create an exciting atmosphere while engaging listeners in person.
• Represent iHeartRadio NYC brands at events, venues, and local locations.
• Promote iHeartRadio app, events, stations, podcasts, and sponsors on-site.
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown, including sound systems and branding materials.
• Assist with on-site tent-pole events and production support.
• Capture and recap events via photos, video, audio, and social media.
• Load/unload and transport station vehicles to events.
• Assist with prize fulfillment and basic administrative duties.
