Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (or obtained within 60 days of hire).
• Experience in a customer-service related field and delivering first-rate customer service daily.
• Experience with diverse student backgrounds and ability to problem-solve and de-escalate volatile situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to student employees in the management of the Marshall Wellness Center.
• Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests of the Marshall Wellness Center.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures of the Marshall Wellness Center.
• Deescalate situations that involve conflict.
• Document and report incidents and injuries that occur in the Marshall Wellness Center.
• Operate building systems including computer, lighting, audio/visual and equipment.
