Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee student employees in Marshall Wellness Center.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests.
• Communicate and enforce center policies and procedures.
• Deescalate volatile situations as needed.
• Document and report incidents and injuries.
• Operate building systems (computer, lighting, A/V, equipment).
