Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dependable attendance and availability for evenings and weekends.
• Guest services experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who collaborates with staff, members, volunteers, and families.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and quick system learning.
• Ability to work independently and manage time under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, guests and volunteers using a script and direct them to the right area.
• Answer the Club phone using a script.
• Administer and manage cash handling responsibilities.
• Collect and record all program and membership fees.
• Check online registration and migrate into the member tracking system.
• Manage guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain efficient flow of information with guests and internal departments.
• Enter information from registrations into the member tracking system.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
