The Healthcare Resort of Topeka is seeking a part-time cook for evenings and weekends. You will prepare meals in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, and follow policies set by the dietary leadership to ensure quality food service at all times.

You will work within a team, supporting patient and resident meals and contributing to a positive dining experience while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Prepare food according to current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures.
• Carry out duties under the Dietary Supervisor, Administrator or Dietician directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for the facility during evenings and weekends.
• Maintain safety, quality, and portion control of foods served.
