Job summary

You will also record temperatures, assist with tray preparation, and restock items for the next meal, while upholding safety and sanitation standards in a team-focused kitchen and dining services setting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks for residents following menus and guidelines provided.
• Prepare serving area, salad bar, and dining rooms prior to meals.
• Record temperatures of food and equipment as required.
• Chart intakes in the main dining room.
• Clean work area and equipment; clean and sanitize dining area and kitchen after each meal; and assigned daily cleaning.
• Do prep assignments and re-stock items to prepare for the next meal.
• Following posted schedule for cleaning major equipment, work areas, and storage areas.
• Preparing trays for serving meals and snacks.
