Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers $20.87 per hour with evening weekend availability (every other weekend, 4pm–10pm).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well and be part of their community.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take ownership and do what’s right for participants.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Support participants with goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
