Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Six months of experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships and help participants engage in community activities.
• Be reliable, compassionate, and patient to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
