Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Hospital Supervisor to serve as the on-site administrative liaison during evenings on a part-time basis. The role includes guiding departments, coordinating responses during crises, and supporting senior administration in decision making.

The ideal candidate is a BSN-educated RN with current PA licensure, at least one year of charge nurse experience, ACLS preferred, and good computer literacy. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in the state as determined by job location.
• BSN within 5 years of hire date is required/preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• One year charge nurse experience preferred.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as on-site administrative liaison in absence of department heads/senior administration.
• Acts as Incident Commander for disaster-type events and supports senior administration.
• Provides leadership and staff-related decision making in absence of unit manager.
• Facilitates problem-solving and communication across departments within the network.
• Coordinates equipment and supply access between facilities and enforces chain of command.
