Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall in Newburgh, NY is seeking an Administrative Supervisor for Nursing in Critical Care Leadership. This part-time (.4 FTE) on-site role supports patient care, staff development, and unit operations during day shifts.

Qualified candidates will hold a BSN or higher, NYS RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS within 6 months, with at least three years of nursing experience and leadership with a strong nursing process focus. Hourly rate: $65–$75.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• Current New York State licensure as a registered professional nurse; BLS and ACLS within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee professional nursing care using the Nursing Process with emphasis on patient population needs.
• Provide on-site nursing leadership during evening/night/weekend/holiday tours.
• Direct, plan, and evaluate patient care with a focus on teamwork and evidence-based practice.
