Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and support guests during their parking experience. This role focuses on directing traffic, enforcing rules, and delivering outstanding service to customers in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in Linthicum Heights, MD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in dispatching, customer service or related field.
• Experience with high-volume calls and radio communications.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to parking spaces using clear signals and instructions.
• Monitor lots for space usage and congestion prevention.
• Enforce time limits and parking regulations.
• Assist guests with parking-related issues (tickets, lockouts).
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth operations.
