Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Guest Ambassador to manage parking operations, direct traffic, and assist guests at the Hebron location. The role focuses on maintaining smooth traffic flow, maximizing space usage, and delivering exceptional service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, at least one year in dispatching or customer service, and the ability to work overnight and weekend shifts outdoors.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in dispatching or customer service preferred.
• Experience with high-volume calls and radio communications.
• Ability to read maps/directions and use basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available spaces using clear hand signals and verbal directions.
• Monitor parking lots to ensure efficient space usage and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules, including time limits and prohibited areas.
• Respond to customer questions about availability, directions, and regulations.
• Assist customers with parking-related issues (lost tickets, lockouts, etc.).
• Communicate regularly with parking team members for smooth operations.
• Operate parking equipment, including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Prepare reports on parking occupancy, revenue, and incident activity.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure safety of facilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
