Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Partner to join our team in Ann Arbor. You will play a key role in administering medications and supporting residents in a home-like environment. The role supports compassionate care and daily living assistance for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Certifications per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work with residents and team.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use computer to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to or 7 days after employment; annual TB test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
