Episcopal Retirement Services is hiring a part-time LPN for the 7P-7A shift at Marjorie P. Lee in Cincinnati. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, collaborate with the care team, and support day-to-day operations in a warm, award-winning environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN training program with a current, active Ohio LPN license.
• Prefer hospital or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, laws and regulations for long-term care.
• Willingness to communicate with residents and families at varying acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Support resident-centered care and contribute to the care plan in collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Administer medications and nursing procedures per policies and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate EMR entries reflecting patient care and outcomes.
• Assist with activity planning and resident life enrichment within households.
