Responsibilities

• Model clinical standards and support the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and nursing procedures per policy
• Maintain narcotic records and ensure supply availability
• Document assessments and progress in EMR with dated entries
• Assist with activity/recreational planning and resident engagement
• Uphold person-centered care and resident autonomy
