Job summary

The Westin Mount Laurel is seeking friendly front desk professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee check-in/out, input guest data, resolve issues, and train new agents.

This role requires two years of front desk and supervisory experience, Marriott background preferred, and the ability to work 3:00pm–11:00pm, weekends and holidays. Full-time benefits include health, 401(k), paid time off, travel perks, and daily meals for associates.

Qualifications

• Two years combined front desk and supervisor experience.
• Prior Marriott experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 3:00pm–11:00pm shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/out using the PMS system.
• Input guest information, confirm numbers, and code keys.
• Train new agents and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor attendance and enforce company policies; support guest satisfaction.
• Assist other front desk staff as needed.
