Job summary

SI Scholastic Inc. in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Power Equipment Operator/Cherry-Picker to support our warehouse team. The role involves operating forklifts, stock pickers, and other equipment to move product within the facility.

Hours are 3:30pm-7:30pm with potential for up to 6 additional hours as needed. Pay is $17.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium after 2pm, with a 50% merchandise discount and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must follow OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Must wear PPE (lanyards and harnesses) when operating order/stock pickers.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory movement and adhere to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, stock pickers and other equipment to move product.
• Inspect equipment and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist in physical inventory and warehouse events as needed.
• Keep work area neat, clean and organized at all times.
• Load and unload trucks when required.
