Qualifications

• Classroom teaching experience, early literacy experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or TESOL/TEFL certification preferred.
• Fluency in English required; other languages desirable.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and staff.
• Must be willing to work evenings and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Teach 5 to 8 sections of weekly ELL classes for adults.
• Assist with enrollments, attendance, and records in systems.
• Deliver in-person and online learning sessions in multiple locations.
• Support with volunteer management and training activities.
• Coordinate with Program Coordinator to optimize enrollment and class schedule.
• Ensure culturally sensitive delivery and accessibility for students.
