Laurel Lake Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking a part-time cook for evening shifts from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, Sundays through Wednesdays and Friday, in Hudson, Ohio.

The role emphasizes preparing and serving meals per standardized recipes, with strong emphasis on safety and cleanliness. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hospitality/food service, solid English communication, and knowledge of HACCP/OSHA protocols.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of HACCP and OSHA protocols.
• 2 years hospitality/food service experience required.

Responsabilités

• Learn and practice prepping and cooking according to standardized recipes.
• Serve prepared menu items from steam tables and maintain cleanliness.
• Label and date all food products and manage supplies/stock.
• Adhere to safety policies & procedures and participate in IST programs.
• Communicate with Chef regarding item/equipment needs.
