Pay: $22-25/hr + commission and monthly performance-based bonuses

Status: Part-Time

Schedule: 2 days/week (Thursday and Friday, 14 hours total) - availability on these days required

Position Summary:
We are hiring a Full-Time Esthetician for our Upper East Side (Manhattan, NYC) studio. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, entrepreneurial, passionate about wellness, and dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities include providing skin care consultations, developing treatment plans, performing facials and body treatments, and introducing clients to wellness modalities that enhance esthetic services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client consultations, develop treatment plans, and perform treatments tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain a client base
• Educate clients on treatment processes and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions
• Promote retail products and cross-sell therapies
• Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting memberships, using POS systems, and operating wellness equipment
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for clients and staff
• Model the company's values and culture

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician license
• Certified in Cryoskin (preferred) and Hydrafacial (preferred)
• Passionate about patient care
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
