Pay: $22-25/hr

Status: Part-Time

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday availability - 15 hours per week to start

Position Summary: With Restore's continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a Full-Time Esthetician to join our team at our Upper East Side 69th St (Manhattan, NYC) studio. We are looking for a positive, energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for wellness, and helping people look and feel their best! As an Esthetician at Restore, you will provide clients with skin care consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, perform treatments including facials and body-work, and introduce clients to our wellness modalities that can enhance your esthetic services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform treatments tailored to each client's needs and objectives
• Build and maintain a client base
• Educate clients on treatment processes, pre and post care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions
• Suggest and promote retail products and cross-sell therapies
• Assist with store operations, including greeting, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting memberships, using POS, and operating wellness equipment
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and guests
• Model the values and culture of Restore

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician license
• Certified in Cryoskin (preferred) and Hydrafacial (preferred)
• Passionate about patient care
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work independently
