Pay: $22-25/hr

Status: Part-Time

Schedule: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays; 15 hours per week to start

Position Summary

As Restore continues to grow and succeed, we are excited to hire a Full-Time Esthetician for our Upper East Side 69th St (Manhattan, NYC) studio. We seek a positive, energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for wellness, and a desire to help clients look and feel their best. The Esthetician will provide skin care consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, perform various facials and body treatments, and introduce clients to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance esthetic services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform treatments tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
• Build, maintain, and grow the client base.
• Educate clients on treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of each session.
• Recommend and promote retail products and cross-sell other Restore therapies to enhance services based on client needs and goals.
• Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting memberships, using POS systems, and operating wellness equipment.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for members and guests.
• Model the values and culture of Restore, demonstrating commitment to our mission and goals.
• Certification in Cryoskin and Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not required.
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
