Baldacci Family Vineyards is seeking a Part-Time Estate Host to warmly welcome guests at Baldacci’s estate in Napa, CA. The role involves hosting tastings, presenting the brand story with a professional yet approachable tone, and helping to grow wine club participation.
The position is on-site with a Friday–Monday schedule from 10a to 6p, plus potential on-call days. Strong communication, CRM familiarity, and guest-focused service are essential.
Job Title: Part-Time Estate Host
Start Date: Immediately
Compensation: $28 per hour + 3% commission (non-pooled). No tip line, but cash tips direct to the host are permitted.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt, part-time/on call.
