Montgomery College is accepting applications for possible openings as adjunct/part-time faculty in Adult Literacy and GED Preparation. Classes are taught On-Campus, with days, evenings, or Saturdays across multiple sites in Maryland.

Applications are reviewed periodically based on enrollment needs. We seek an enthusiastic teacher with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related teaching experience, committed to inclusion and serving diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years teaching experience in Math, Reading, or Special Education.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Commitment to promoting belonging, inclusion, and multicultural competence.
• Access to a personal computer with antivirus and internet connectivity outside work location.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Teach Adult Literacy or GED test preparation classes.
• Abide by program policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions prior to class start date.
