• If only a bachelor\'s degree is held, demonstrated professional certifications or significant related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classes in accordance with college policy and course objectives.
• Utilize technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Modify lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials as appropriate; maintain accurate records.
• Engage with students regularly to provide meaningful learning experiences.
• Demonstrate teaching strategies that engage students and promote learning.
• Interact professionally with students and colleagues and comply with college policies.
• Maintain a safe, high-quality educational environment.
• Promote an inclusive environment reflecting diverse backgrounds.

Education

Master's degree or higher in entrepreneurship, business administration, management, marketing, or a business-related field as appropriate to the program

Master's degree in related/out-of-field with 18 semester hours in entrepreneurship, business administration, management, marketing or related field

Master's degree in related/out-of-field with documentation in two or more of: professional certification, entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial experience, research publications, or CEU coursework

Bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship, business administration, management, marketing or related field with documentation in cert, experience, publications, or 18 semester hours of coursework
