Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories.
• Background or drug screening may be required; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and controlling entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Complete required activity logs and shift documentation.
