Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Relief Patrol in Honolulu, HI. This position offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and additional shifts available through a scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. The role supports part-time employment with opportunities to scale up to a full schedule as needed. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State/city-issued security license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation with a visible, professional presence.
